WIX Barn and Lodge is located just 2.5 miles south of I-94 Exit 84, near Richardton, North Dakota.  It is along Hwy8 on the Wicks family ranch. It transitioned from sale barn to WIX Barn and Lodge in 2016.  It is family owned and operated by Zane and Mary Jo Wicks, along with their two daughters, Josie and Mya.  The "WIX" name is the cattle and horse brand used by Zane and was also his family's brand in South Dakota.
